Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3.

New entry level gaming laptop with AMD Ryzen 4000 series. Equipped with 16GB DDR4-3200Mhz RAM, Graphics card from NVIDIA GTX 1650Ti series Laptop GPU 4GB GDDR6 with Bost Clock 1485MHz, 512GB SSD storage (M.2 NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4) plus 1 M.2 slot that can be used as a secondary drive.

Makes the laptop work quite well in running the latest games. And good enough to handle editing and daily work. Coupled with a fairly large screen size of 15.6" FHD (1920x1080) IPS, 300nits and a refresh rate of 120Hz, it is quite perfect in its class. For battery power, it uses an internal battery with 45Wh of power, able to last for -/+ 1.5 hours to play games. With all the embedded technology, this laptop weighs 2.2Kg.

Technically, the keyboard and touchpad are quite comfortable, plus there is a numeric keyboard and backlight which is quite helpful when used in low light. With a travel distance of 1.5mm, this keyboard is quite comfortable to use.

The Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 embeds enough connectivity and ports, including:

- On the left side there is a USB Type A 3.1 Gen1 port, USB Type C 3.2, HDMI 2.1, 1 RJ45 port and 1 combo audio jack.

- On the right side there is 1 USB Type A 3.1 Gen1

- While the wireless connectivity uses Intel Wi-fi 5 802.11ac and Bluetooth 5.1

Of all the technology that has been brought, how good is the performance and durability of the Ideapad Gaming 3?

When tested with Cinebench R23 which runs 10 times in a row at room temperature of 25 degrees. The Ideapad Gaming 3 is equipped with an AMD Ryzen 5 4600H with 6 cores and 12 threads and an NVIDIA GTX 1650Ti 4GB GDDR6 GPU. Able to advance steadily at a score of 7768 points and the highest score of 7889 points. Where the idle temperature is 40 degrees and the maximum temperature is 94.8 degrees, with an average full load temperature of 90.2 degrees.

From the test results using Cinebench R23, the average deviation of the decrease in performance is only 1.5%. Stable enough for an entry-level gaming laptop, right?

Ok. Let's try it by running mainstream games like Dota 2, CSGO and Valorant. Amazing results. In the Valorant game, this laptop is able to run stable at 170 fps. For CSGO and Dota 2 the stability is at 100 fps. Quite impressive.

Let's try the heavyweight game Cyberpunk 2077 with low settings. Pretty good at 30s fps. And for low settings only on Cyberpunk 2077 this laptop is quite stable and comfortable.

So for those who are looking for an entry-level laptop at a friendly price, with the best capabilities. Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 can be the best choice.
